GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
 
1 - You can chose to sign up as a pair (follower with leader) or individually.

2 - Registration is personal and non-transferable.

3 - Any individual registration cannot be changed to a pair registration later.

4 - After signing up you will receive, within approximately 10 days, an answer by email confirming or not your participation.

5 - Only after making the payment within the stipulated period, is your participation assured.

6 - We reserve the right to change the program at any time.

7 - All information collected about you in the registration process will be treated in a strictly confidential and responsible manner.

8 - Photographic and video records will be made for documentary and promotional purposes on various online and/or others. If you do not wish to appear in these records, you must inform us no later than the first day of the event.

9 - By signing up you are understanding and accepting the terms and conditions, and the cancellation policies below.


​CANCELLATION POLICY

1 - In case you cancel your registration until August 1st 2023, regardless of the date of your registration, we will proceed to a full refund of the registration fee - with the exception of € 10 processing fee. After that date, there will be no refund.

2 - We reserve the right to cancel the event at any time for reasons of force majeure, including any developments regarding Covid-19. In that case we will proceed to a full refund of the registration fee.

3 - We are not responsible for any expenses associated with your participation, such as flights and accommodation, in case of cancellation of any kind and by any of the parties involved.
